Join Noosa Council’s Civil Operations team and take on a hands-on role maintaining and improving the parks, roads, and infrastructure that make our shire so special. As a Multi-Skilled Worker, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality operational and maintenance services across our community, from concreting, kerb and channel work, and stormwater drainage to landscaping, roads, bridges and foreshore maintenance.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in landscape, tree, civil maintenance or minor construction tasks.

Knowledge of tools, plant and machinery, with the ability to safely operate equipment.

Team-player attitude and strong communication skills.

Sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

Physical fitness, agility, and willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment.

Certificate II in Civil Construction, Horticulture, or equivalent experience.

Current Driver’s Licence “C” Class, White Card, and ability to obtain an “MR” licence within 3 months.

Additional machinery or equipment tickets highly regarded.
