About the role

Council is looking for experienced and motivated workers to join their Field Services team. As part of the streetscape maintenance program, you will play a key role in enhancing public spaces through:

  • Garden construction and planting
  • Streetscape beautification
  • Ongoing care and maintenance of gardens and trees
  • Preparation and application of chemicals

If you are passionate about working outdoors and have experience with garden maintenance, you will enjoy this role creating vibrant and welcoming greenspace areas for the community!

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Current MR Class licence
  • General Safety Induction (Construction Industry) card
  • Certification in Horticulture or equivalent experience
  • Belief in our values of safety and wellbeing, communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency and leadership

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary commencing at $69,072 plus 12.5% superannuation.
