Architectural Roofing & Wall Cladding has been operating for the past 31 years. A specialist in high-end design, manufacture and installation of copper, zinc and aluminium products, we are now in the market for a Junior to Intermediate Estimator to join our team.

The Role

As the Estimator, your key responsibilities would be estimating commercial and residential roofing & cladding jobs up to $2Mil +. Projects will be predominantly in non-ferrous copper, zinc, and aluminium building systems.

Below is a list of accountabilities and duties, but not limited to:

Producing accurate take-offs and cost estimations

Preparation of bids and tenders

Assist the Chief Estimator on larger tenders

Act on new leads and pricing requests

Working with internal and external stakeholders and subcontractors

To be considered

5 years Estimating Experience (Façade, Roofing or Cladding industries ideal)

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Proficient in estimating software packages with the ability to introduce new estimating practices

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Understanding of Australian Standards and Building Codes

Ability to read technical drawings and plans
