About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Scaffolding Sales Estimator to join our team at Five Star Scaffolding. This role is focused on driving sales for residential projects across Greater Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in scaffold erection, a strong understanding of safety standards and regulations, and a sharp commercial mindset. You’ll be working closely with builders and site supervisors to scope, quote, and convert projects while maintaining strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotes for residential scaffold projects, including site assessments where required

Manage and respond to new enquiries via phone, email and on-site meetings

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Identify upselling opportunities and provide value-engineered access solutions

Ensure all designs and recommendations comply with Australian Standards and WHS regulations

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and customer satisfaction

Keep detailed records of quotes, variations, and client communications

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3–5 years on-site scaffolding experience (residential or commerical construction)

Sound understanding of scaffolding systems and installation methodology

Strong working knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Sales-focused attitude with the ability to convert leads and close deals

Competent with quoting software and MS Office (or willingness to learn)

Current Driver’s Licence and White Card essential
