What You'll Be Doing:

Hunting down top talent

Interviewing candidates and matching them with the perfect job

Owning the full recruitment process – from job ads to job offers

Building solid relationships with clients and candidates alike

Smashing personal and team goals

Staying ahead of hiring trends and industry insights

Constantly helping us get better at what we do

Working on scheduling platforms and building rosters

What We're Looking For:

Epic communication skills – you're confident, clear, and quick to build trust

A natural multitasker who can stay cool under pressure

Target-driven and results-focused – you love a challenge

Computer savvy- you love systems and can interrogate them to your advantage

Someone who has a positive attitude and is willing to learn

Passion for helping people find great opportunities

A degree in HR, Business, or similar? Nice to have, but not a dealbreaker

Minimum 6-12 months of recruitment experience or similar
