ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continued rapid growth, and our desire to maintain the service excellence that we are renowned for with our loyal customer base, we are on the hunt for another Recruitment Consultant to join our Labour Hire team!

This full-time role is for a Recruitment Consultant operating out of our brand new, modern office in Oran Park, NSW.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Backam Group you will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and recruiting your own talent pool of quality candidates with the view to place them into meaningful employment opportunities. Consulting with our existing customer base and operating in an end-to-end established recruiting process, ensuring that both Backam Group and your candidates are exceeding our customers' expectations.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who will bring a safety-first mindset and a collaborative spirit to their work. Your CV will be able to demonstrate that you can meet the following criteria.

▪️ Previous experience in Labour Hire Recruitment

▪️ Strong communication abilities.

▪️ Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

▪️ Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

▪️ Previous experience using Fasttrack 360 - highly desired
