Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of NPI and building-focused construction projects within the mining/resources sector

Manage project budgets, schedules, and performance targets

Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure excellence in delivery

Maintain strong client relationships and uphold company reputation on site

Drive safety, quality, and compliance across all aspects of project execution

Skills & Experience

Minimum 10+ years' experience in Project Management within NPI or building construction projects (mining/resources experience highly regarded)

Proven ability to deliver projects in remote environments under FIFO/DIDO conditions

Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
