The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full delivery of this high-value bulk earthworks package, from planning and cost control through to execution, safety, and client interface. You’ll manage a skilled delivery team of Engineers, Supervisors, and support staff, supported by an extensive modern plant fleet and robust systems to achieve exceptional project outcomes.

What You Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering/Construction/Project Management
• Proven track record as Project Manager or Construction Manager delivering major bulk earthworks or civil infrastructure projects in the Pilbara Pindan soil ($50M–$100M+) for civil contractors
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Commercial and contractual acumen across project delivery phases
• Experience driving productivity, safety, and quality in high-performance teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
