Here’s your opportunity to step in as Senior Project Manager to deliver a $90 million Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) package on one of Western Australia’s premier mine developments, working with a Tier 1 national construction contractor, for a blue-chip iron ore client.

The Project

This diverse NPI package will see you managing the delivery of essential mine infrastructure including:

• HV/LV workshops and maintenance facilities
• Washdown bays and refuelling facilities
• Ancillary buildings, services, and utilities

This is a fast-paced, technically challenging project that calls for a proven Senior Project Manager with the ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, manage interfaces, and drive performance across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading full project delivery from mobilisation through commissioning
• Overseeing sub-contractors and internal project teams across multiple disciplines
• Managing schedule, budget, safety, and quality outcomes
• Interfacing with client and site stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
• Driving high-performance culture across the site project team

What You Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Project Management
• Proven experience as PM / Sernior Project Manager delivering mine NPI or industrial infrastructure projects ($50M–$100M+) for construction contractors
• Strong multi-disciplinary construction background (Civil, SMP, E&I)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of construction in operational mining environments
• Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to deliver safely and efficiently
