We are an established and welcoming dental practice located in Mount Barker – Adelaide Hills. Our clinic is a supportive environment and we’re looking for an experienced, friendly Receptionist to join our growing team.

About the Role

As our receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and seamless experience every time.

Your key responsibilities include:

· Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and care

· Experience with dental practice management software (Dental 4 Windows preferred) would be advantageous

· Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate responses to all patient and staff enquiries

· Managing appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders

· Processing EFTPOS and HICAPS payments

· Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

· Handling administrative tasks and email correspondence

· Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice

· Making patients aware of dental services and offers

· Encouraging patient reviews and feedback

· Perform daily banking and balance takings, preparing end-of-day reports.
