What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end HVAC modeling in Revit: families, views, sheets, deliverables.
• Work efficiently: drive parameterised schedules, filters, view templates — minimise clicks, maximise output.
• Coordinate services, lead/participate in clash detection, and push for prefab.
• Communicate early: raise blockers, hold dates, keep momentum.
• Lift the room: mentor offshore/onshore teammates and help embed better ways of working.

What you bring

• Revit gun with HVAC building-services experience (contractor or consultancy — we value both).
• Workflow-minded: you think like a builder and iterate like a software engineer.
• Hands-on modeller who’s comfortable stepping into coordination when needed.
• Curious, fast learner, engaged — you speak up and make things better.
• Bonus points for Revizto and Fabrication Parts exposure (we’ll teach the rest).
