The role
As part of the Foundations team, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and drafters to produce accurate design documentation, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the delivery of technically sound, compliant, and cost-effective outcomes.

• Deliver accurate drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and related design software
• Apply company design standards and processes to ensure consistent quality
• Check and verify design work in accordance with Australian Standards and the National Construction Code
• Collaborate with engineers and design peers to achieve efficient project delivery
• Provide responsive technical support to internal and external stakeholders

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in foundation design (residential focus preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of AS2870 and AS1170
• Understanding of soil behaviour and design principles
• Detail-focused, inquisitive, and proactive in learning
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Full working rights in Australia (sponsorship not available)
