Senior contracts Administrator (Construction)

Salary Range - $180,000 - $220,000

The Role – Contracts Administrator (CA)

Blackwatch Projects is looking for a CA to start as soon as possible to join their respected and established team to take responsibility for a 3 staged Multi-Residential project in Hamilton. Reporting to a Project Manager, this role will see you based in the head office in Newstead, Brisbane or on Site in Hamilton.

Some of the keys tasks of this role will include:

Coordination and letting of subcontract packages

All aspects of cost control for the project

Preparation of client progress claims

Processing of subcontract progress claims

Coordination of the information flow with the client

Management and review of Variations and EOT's

What you need to be a potential candidate:

Willing to adapt in a quick changing environment

Current Subbie relationships

Proactive approach

Knowledge of the Building and Construction Industry

Minimum 10 years' experience as contracts administrator in Southeast Queensland

Multi-residential project experience is essential for this contracts administrator role

Attention to detail and organisational skills

Efficient time management and highly motivated

High standard of interpersonal and communication skills

Experience using project management software Jobpac is required

Minimum 1+ years hands-on experience with Jobpac software is required

Tertiary qualified in construction management

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is required

Australian citizenship is required for this position
