Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with a favourite national head D&C contractor with a variety of new build and fitout projects circa $2M - $40M.

The Role
Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of upcoming commercial projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team from tender through to project completion. This is a Brisbane office-based role with occasional site visits. The office is close to all public transport, cafes and amenities - prime location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage head and subcontractor contracts
• Administer variations, progress claims, RFIs, and procurement
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost control

About You:

• Experience as a Contracts Administrator
• Proven experience on commercial new build projects ($5M+)
