Our clients project pipeline is expansive, spanning commercial, industrial, residential, education, and health care sectors, with individual projects valued up to $200 million. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their expanding team and contribute to their ongoing success.

The Role

• A Senior CA or Contracts Administrator to join a team to handle the project from the start
• Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
• Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
• Monthly budget management and reporting

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction
• A track record in delivering large scale projects within Australia with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor in a Contracts Administrator role
• Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously
• An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders alike

• $180,000 - $220,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience)
