The revamped Stringers pays homage to its rich history while keeping it fresh and new - a menu inspired by seasonal Italian flavours and local produce incorporating an Italian-inspired deli and grocer, authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, freshly churned gelato and cocktail bar – this next chapter is where tradition meets the unexpected.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Previous relevant experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment is advantageous

Exceptional service standards with attention to detail

Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest service

Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team

Exceptional presentation and grooming

Have a passion for great food and great fun
