About the Role

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Front of House professional to join our crew in a permanent part-time role. If you enjoy connecting with people, have a passion for wine and food, and thrive in a fast-paced setting - this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greeting guests with a warm, professional welcome and providing seamless table service

Recommending wines and food pairings with confidence and enthusiasm

Understanding guest preferences and confidently upselling to enhance the dining experience

Handling orders, serving food and drinks, and managing transactions with care and attention - looking after a section.

Maintaining a clean, polished, and organised dining area

Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service

What You Bring to the Table:

2+ years of Front of House experience in a quality dining or hospitality environment

A strong understanding of wine service and pairing recommendations

Confidence in reading the room and tailoring service to guest needs

Understanding sequence of service.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

A natural passion for delivering genuine and memorable customer experiences

Flexible availability for day, night, and/or weekend shifts
