What you'll be doing

As an experienced qualified lawyer at O'Brien Winter Partners, you will be expected to manage a diverse caseload that spans Commercial, Disputes, Litigation, Family as well as Estate planning matters. You will work closely with clients to develop legal strategies, represent them, and ensure that their interests are protected in both transactional and contentious matters.

Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of Commercial, Estate and Family Law matters.

Represent clients in litigation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Lead and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and training.

Maintain and grow client relationships by providing high-quality, responsive service.

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, litigation, and estate planning.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Strong client-focused approach with a dedication to achieving results.
