About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Sales Assistants to join our event merchandise team. You’ll help deliver an exceptional fan experience by serving customers, handling transactions, restocking displays, and keeping our outlets running smoothly throughout live events.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting customers with merchandise purchases

Operating EFTPOS terminals and handling cash transactions

Maintaining clean, well-presented outlets

Replenishing stock quickly during high-volume periods

Working as part of a fun, fast-paced team

About You

You’re energetic, customer-focused, and thrive in busy environments. You’re comfortable working on your feet and can stay positive under pressure.

Ideal candidates will have:

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous retail, sales, or event experience (preferred but not essential)

Availability for nights and weekends

A friendly, professional attitude and great presentation
