Job Description
We are seeking an In-House Corporate Lawyer to join our team. Your responsibilities will include providing legal support, guidance, and protection to our the entities that fall under our company. This entails setting up legal protections, handling any legal matters that may arise due to contracts, negotiating and representing us in court proceedings as necessary. You will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding our company's interests.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in corporate law, including contract negotiations, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Knowledge of common law and property law advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide practical legal advice.
- Able to multi-task, manage competing priorities and perform well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
