What you’ll be doing:

As an In-house Paralegal (eDiscovery focus), you’ll work closely with Legal Technology Consultants to support the management of eDiscovery projects, from document collection through to eTrial. You’ll assist in preparing, reviewing, and organising data, ensuring the smooth delivery of matters on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, management, and quality assurance of litigation databases (such as Nuix Neo Discover, RelativityOne, and Everchron)
• Process and code large volumes of data and documents for disclosure
• Conduct searches, tag and categorise materials, and prepare document bundles for legal teams
• Support project tracking, timelines, and reporting using Asana and other tools
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external clients regarding task progress
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency across all matters
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives

• Paralegal or legal assistant experience (litigation experience advantageous)
• Understanding of, or interest in, the disclosure/litigation process
• Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning new software
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop

The Details

• Type: Full-time, 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday (4 days from home)
• Location: Brisbane CBD
• Salary: $70,000 –$85,000 package (DOE)
• Contract: Permanent role
