About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our friendly and established administrative team. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to a professional yet family-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with Accounts Payable tasks, including data entry into MYOB

Support Accounts Receivable processes (invoices, statements, overdue accounts, and setting up new creditor accounts)

Assist with Payroll processing and approval of leave requests

Support bank reconciliations through MYOB

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Perform general administrative duties (scanning, filing, record keeping)

Book accommodation for drivers as required

Monitor driver daily timesheets

Assist with quarterly audit checks

Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally regarding hire enquiries and container sales

Provide ad hoc administrative support as required

About You

Enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar administrative role

Proven experience with MYOB (highly desirable)

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Australian work rights are required for this position

What We Offer

Part-time position: 25–30 hours per week

Fixed hours: 9:00am to 3:00pm, 4–5 days per week (negotiable for the right applicant – ideal for school hours)

Potential to transition to full-time hours in the future
