The Opportunity:
Quest East Perth is a 127 rooms, 4½ star property located in the heart of the East Perth, and is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join its enthusiastic and successful team to manage a small team including night audit. The successful candidate will have

A close working relationship with the Housekeeper Manager, Director of Sales, Sales and Events Coordinator, Maintenance Team and Property Manager. You will also work closely with the Bar Manager at our Rooftop Bar

Reporting to the Accommodation Services Manager, you will drive guest service initiatives throughout the Front Office Team you will empower them to always go the extra mile for our guests.

Have Front Office Supervisor experience in a similar role

A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to work a flexible roster

Full time role - shifts will primarily weekends and evenings to help support the property

The Front Office Supervisor role is pivotal to the daily operation of the hotel and provides the perfect platform for career growth and development, gaining exposure across all areas of the property. This is a role where you can really make a name for yourself!

What You’ll Bring & Develop:
As the successful applicant you will demonstrate strong skills across the front office reception in guest relations and all operational areas, including advanced skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities, strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal and time management skills, and a passion for customer service to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Previous management experience in a similar role in an accommodation environment is essential, along with a genuine interest in a career in the serviced apartment hotel accommodation industry. Experience with RMS and Siteminder property management systems will be very highly regarded, but not essential.
