Based in South West Sydney, the majority of projects are in this area.

The Role
Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery — from estimating and planning, through to completion — across Sydney Water, and related civil, infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring Project Engineers and site teams
• Managing budgets, schedules, and cost forecasting
• Overseeing subcontractors, procurement, and client communication
• Driving safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Assisting with estimating and tender submissions

Experience, qualifications, and attributes required to succeed include:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience managing Sydney Water construction projects
• Strong commercial and cost management skills
• Confident leader with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach
