About the role

Our client who have been around for 25 years + are seeking an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Barangaroo, NSW. As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they meet our clients' strategic objectives and exceed their expectations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the Construction industry.

What you'll be doing

Providing strategic leadership and project management expertise to support the successful delivery of construction projects

Effectively managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities and address any issues or challenges that arise

Monitoring project progress and performance, and providing regular updates to clients and senior management

Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing measures to ensure project compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Fostering a positive and productive work environment, and providing guidance and support to the project team

What we're looking for

Extensive experience in client-side project management within the Construction industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects, from inception to completion

Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and project management methodologies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make critical decisions under pressure

Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating project teams

Familiarity with relevant construction regulations, standards, and safety protocols
