What’s on tap for you:

We’re looking for a hands on Assistant Venue Manager (or experienced hospo pro ready to step up) who loves great beer, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys sharing our brewing story with locals and visitors alike.

You’ll split your time between bar, floor and brewery tours, making every guest feel welcome, every schooner a sip of perfection and every experience memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Jump behind the bar or onto the floor wherever you’re needed – teamwork is everything!

Lead engaging brewery tours and share our passion for great beer with genuine enthusiasm

Support smooth day to day service, including stock handling and closing duties

Deliver a 10/10 guest experience with warmth, care and a bit of fun

Keep standards high when it comes to service, safety and presentation

Bring ideas, initiative and a positive attitude to every shift

Be part of a crew that backs each other and keeps the vibe upbeat

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with strong service skills and a love of good beer

Confident communicator who connects easily with guests

Curious about brewing and keen to share that knowledge with others

Reliable, adaptable and calm under pressure

Experience in hospitality (bar or floor) and a valid RSA are must-haves

Leadership experience a bonus, but not essential – we’ll support you to grow
