As our Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll be hands on in delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences. From barista style coffee service function and event activations, you'll be part of a team that delivers outstanding service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing warm, yet professional service to guests

Preparing and presenting Food and Beverages to Quest standards.

Operating our POS (Point of Sale) payment systems

Maintaining hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.

Setting up and packing down for Events, Coffee carts, and function catering.

Assisting guests with menu choices, dietary requests, and local recommendations.

Working alongside our Front of House team to ensure Guest satisfaction.

We're Looking For

Friendly, approachable individuals with a positive attitude

RSA and Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain – Quest can assist).

Reliable team players who take pride in presentation and professionalism.

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Enthusiasm to develop barista and event service skills.
