Duties and responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small electrical team across workshop and site jobs
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and upgrades on manufacturing equipment and systems
• Support project installations and commissioning as needed
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults to minimise downtime
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Mentor apprentices and promote a safe, efficient work culture

We are looking for someone with

• Current Electrical Licence and trade qualifications
• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Ability to lead and coordinate day-to-day tasks for a small team
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on machinery and control systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Current driver’s licence and construction white card

Certifications in EWP, confined space, and working at heights are highly regarded but not essential.
