About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering concurrent projects in dynamic, digital environments. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Manage scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies with agility and precision.
• Facilitate transparent communication across teams and regions, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Apply change management practices to support user adoption and drive measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance frameworks that balance oversight with delivery autonomy.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and value.
• Champion continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimisation.

About You

• Significant experience in project management, in tech and/or digital transformation environments.
• Proven success delivering projects in complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Solid understanding of technical concepts such as system architecture and engineering principles.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• A collaborative mindset and alignment with values that promote teamwork, integrity, and innovation.
