We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to deliver a major SharePoint and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) implementation, including the migration of legacy data into a modern, streamlined system.

You'll oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and stakeholder engagement to delivery and optimisation. Working across teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while driving innovation and business improvement.

Key activities

• Deliver the SharePoint/ECM rollout
• Lead cross-functional teams, aligning technical solutions with organisational strategy.
• Oversee data migration planning and execution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Champion stakeholder engagement, providing clear communication, reports, and training throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risk, change, and continuous improvement, promoting innovation and efficiency in every phase.
• Contribute to problem-solving and process optimisation alongside the Technology and Digital Solutions Lead.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience managing IT projects in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience in enterprise level data migration (preferably SharePoint)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with corporate applications (e.g., TechnologyOne, TRIM, MERIT CRM) is a plus.
