Initial 5/6 month contract with a large federal government department working across a varied portfolio of IT Infrastructure projects. This engagement is planned to extend for a further 12 months with budget already allocated.

As Project Manager you will operate across an extensive mix of data centre, network, cloud, and security projects, coordinating with varied stakeholders to meet challenging deadlines and manage intricate dependencies. Success in this role demands exceptional delivery capability within a complex, high-availability environment with significant interconnections and integrations.

Desired experience & attributes:

• Significant experience delivering IT Infrastructure projects in highly regulated environments such as government, critical infrastructure, utilities etc
• Highly knowledgeable in Data Centre, Cloud and Security technologies
• Previously managed large-scale projects ($10m+) with multiple vendors, stakeholders and suppliers
• Comfortable communicating with senior business executives and translating technical terminology accordingly
• Previous experience in federal government is highly regarded but not essential
• Prince2 certification or framework experience
