FinXL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading insurance client on a key transformation engagement.

Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end delivery of insurance claims and product projects

Provide guidance and leadership to project teams to ensure successful outcomes

Cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Implement and refine project methodologies to enhance efficiency and consistency

Report on project progress, highlighting potential risks and key achievements

Key Skills & Experience

Proven track record in managing complex projects within the insurance sector (General Insurance/Claims)

Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
