About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our friendly and high-performing North Sydney team.
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients — primarily over the phone and by email.
- Develop connections with insurers (underwriters).
- Prepare and present annual renewal quotes.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional NCI services.
- Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Attend customer visits with Client Service Managers as required.
- Complete general administrative tasks for your portfolio of clients.
This is a permanent, full-time position with opportunities for career growth. The role is based in our North Sydney office initially, with the option to transition to hybrid working once training is complete.
About you
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 12 months customer service experience, ideally in a corporate office environment.
- Genuine interest in the financial services / insurance industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive, confident approach.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Well-developed IT skills.
- The ability to pick up complex concepts and explain them with ease.
- Drivers licence and own vehicle.
