Do you have 2-3 years' experience within client services within stockbroking and are looking for your next challenge ? We have the perfect opportunity.
Our client is seeking a senior client services officer to support advisers with client onboarding, account maintenance, and regulatory compliance. This is a fully in-office role, based in Sydney CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new client applications, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Manage CHESS sponsorships and maintain client trading account data
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support process improvements, data analysis, and cross-training within the team
- Work closely with advisers and external providers to facilitate smooth operations
What You Need:
- 2-3 years' experience in financial services, stockbroking, or wealth management preferred
- Knowledge of client onboarding, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
