Adult Occupational Therapist – Home Modifications & Community

Location: Around your area – Eastern, Western & Northern Melbourne (Clinic in Preston)
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 + Super (depending on experience) + Car
Work Type: Full-time or Part-time

About the Role

We’re working with a supportive community health provider seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join their growing team across Eastern, Western, and Northern Melbourne.
Whether you’re a Graduate OT, Early Clinician this role offers flexibility, professional development, and a warm, collaborative environment.

You’ll work with adult clients across the community, supporting participants under both NDIS and Home Care Packages, focusing on home modifications, assessments, assistive tech, and daily living interventions. The team is supported by a clinic in Preston for meetings, resources, and collaborative sessions.
