About Us:

Our office is located in Cranbourne, a high growth area & there is a high demand for therapy services.

We are a multidisciplinary team, current offering psychology, occupational therapy and an educator.

Working as part of our OT team, the position involves clinical interventions in the form of face-to-face sessions, parent education, clinical assessments, and report writing. Services are provided to clients from the ages of birth through to 18, who present with variety of diagnoses including neurological, developmental and physical.

What's the work like:

Fulltime: 4 days full-time hours for work-life balance optimization.

Hours: 7:45 am-5:45 pm (Wednesday off)

Part-time: Flexible – to be mutually agreed upon

Direct intervention

Non-complex equipment prescription

Clinic-based work with access to a sensory motor gym

Emphasis on evidence-based practice for intervention

Small amount of group therapy intervention

Supervision and mentoring opportunities for experienced clinicians.

Role:

New Graduate or “Soon to be” New Graduate OT

Grade 1 - Occupational Therapist

Grade 2 - Occupational Therapist with Adult/Paediatric experience and/or supervisory experience

Grade 3 - Occupational Therapist with at least 7 years Paediatric experience and/or supervisory experience.

Essential for the role:

Current registration with AHPRA (or soon to be registered)

Eligible for registration with OT Australia

Current Police Check, Working with Children’s Check, NDIS Worker Screening
