We are seeking an organised and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our small office team. This role focuses on providing exceptional administrative and customer support within a busy transport and logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check off driver run sheets daily
• Issue invoices weekly
• Answer and manage calls from customers, drivers, and suppliers
• Liaise with internal staff, customers, and suppliers via phone and email
• Perform general data entry and filing of paperwork/PODs
• Book delivery time slots online
• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Willingness to learn basic invoicing functions in MYOB
• Previous experience in an office, admin, or customer service environment
• Self-motivated and quick to grasp new tasks and take initiative
