About the role

Boston is seeking an experienced Retail Menswear Manager to manage its Westfield Doncaster store. As a full-time Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail associates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales and outstanding performance. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our menswear business, brand presence and your retail leadership career.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of the menswear store, including team scheduling, inventory management, and customer service

Coach, train, and inspire a high-performing team of retail associates to exceed sales targets and provide outstanding customer experiences

Analyse sales data and customer trends to implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies

Collaborate with the broader team across all of our brands to ensure brand consistency and alignment across brands and channels

Identify and pursue opportunities for store growth and expansion within the local market

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized retail environment that aligns with Boston Clothing brand standards

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the menswear or fashion industry

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Demonstrated success in driving sales, implementing effective merchandising strategies, and optimising store operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, out team, and stakeholders

A passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of current trends in menswear fashion

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Some weekend work required.
