About The Role:

We are looking for a motivated State Sales Representative who is passionate about the juvenile industry to work closely with our Head of Sales to continue the growth in the state of QLD.

The role requires someone who can be flexible with working days as you will be needed to support at events and expos during the weekends across the State when required. This role is a part-time position (3 days a week). You will be employed to actively sell into Baby Retailers and train staff across all major retailers in QLD. This role is on-the road, you will be the Ambassador for Infa Group at face level.

We are looking for someone who is:

Experience and passion for making sales and supporting retailers, juvenile experience a bonus but not essential

Proven history of working to and exceeding sales targets

2-3 years sales experience in an on-the-road role

Highly organised, efficient, and able to work autonomously

Experienced and confident in delivering high value training

A natural ability to build lasting relationships and connect with a wide range of people

Trustworthy, honest, and ethical

A natural problem-solver with initiative to troubleshoot potential issues

Flexible with working schedule as days may vary with travel

Clean driver's license and fully maintained vehicle for travel

Intermediate computer skills (PowerPoint/ MS Word/Excel/Teams) skills

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with retailers

Conduct engaging instore training with retailer staff

Reporting – Sales Training / Market Trends

Participate in Baby Expos and other events – including but not limited to Demo Days and Supplier support days, throughout the year. Each event with have a sales target.

Plan and undertake sales calls, both in person and via phone

Ensure in-store merchandising is perfect and stores are briefed on merchandising standards

Meet sales targets and all KPIs for independent nursery accounts in your area

Meet all training and store visit KPI's for Major Retailers in your area

Actively prospect, open and grow new accounts with the support of Australia and New Zealand Business Manager.
