About the Role

As a Marketing & Media Partner, you will collaborate directly with our team and director to produce captivating real-estate content and marketing campaigns for property sales and rentals across South-East Queensland.
This role suits individuals with a creative eye, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow alongside an emerging, dynamic agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Photograph and film properties for listings, websites, and social media platforms

Produce short promotional videos for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Design and prepare digital marketing materials and property advertisements

Assist with open homes and client presentations

Work closely with the director to plan and execute marketing campaigns

What We're Looking For

Experience or keen interest in real-estate marketing, photography, or social media

Positive, reliable, and self-motivated professional attitude

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Own camera or smartphone with quality photo/video capability

Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

Minimum 1-2 years experience in real estate marketing, property photography, or digital marketing (or strong transferable skills from related fields)

Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and basic photo/video editing software (preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)

Qualifications (Preferred but Not Essential)

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) or relevant media/marketing qualification

Queensland Real Estate Licence or Registration Certificate

Photography, Videography, or Digital Marketing Certificate

Valid Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate (required within 6 months of commencement) or current Queensland Real Estate Licence

Eligible to work in Australia with appropriate visa status

Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential for property visits across South-East Queensland)
