Reception / Administration Assistant – Adelaide (South Side)

Join a well-established and steadily growing accounting firm that values professionalism, collaboration, and career growth. We’re seeking a Reception / Administration Assistant to become an integral part of an Adelaide South team.

As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a key role in providing administrative support across the firm’s divisions. You’ll work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations, accurate documentation, and a welcoming client experience.

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + super (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client communication via phone, email, and in person

Prepare and manage client correspondence, invoices, and documentation

Maintain accurate records and compliance requirements (ATO/ASIC)

Support internal workflow tracking and assist with key deadlines

Provide general administrative support and assist with firm projects

About You

Minimum 12 months’ administration experience in accounting or professional services

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Familiarity with ATO and ASIC processes

Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach

Keen to build a long-term career in accounting and business services
