We’re looking for a Client Services Officer to join our growing Adelaide team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our incredible families, supporting our therapists, and making sure every person who walks through our door feels cared for.

What you’ll do:

Welcome families with warmth, empathy, and confidence

Coordinate client appointment bookings and manage staff clinical diaries

Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and care

Process payments

Maintain accurate client records

Keep our front-of-house running smoothly

You’re a match if you:

Have experience in customer service, admin, or front-of-house roles (retail, hospitality, medical reception)

Are organised, friendly, and thrive on getting things done

Communicate clearly, listen well, and know when to pick up the phone instead of hitting send

Love learning and pick things up quickly

Share in what matters to us: integrity, accountability, growth mindset, grit, play, gratitude & connection

NDIS exposure or experience is desirable, but not required
