A D&C commercial/Industrial builder who have been operating in QLD for over 40 years have a great reputation in the industry. They are currently turning over around $200M with over 40 staff in the business and have a full order book already for 2026.

The role – Project Manager
Due to an increase in workload this well organised builder are looking to add another Project Manager to the team.

We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience delivering Industrial projects, but all sectors will be considered. Their projects range from $10M to $50M so experience on projects of this size is preferred.

Your first project will be a $29M Industrial build located in Walcol.

What you need

• A recognized construction qualification
• Experience with a similar size builder
• Commercial /Industrial background is preferred
• Experience delivering projects of $20M plus
• Stability with previous employers
• A team player
