The Role
I am working with a well-established tier 2 builder to help them find an experienced Project Manager to lead a $25M Education new build project.

This role will have you working with a tight-knit team on a live environment project West of Brisbane. You will be managing the project for the remainder of its build - roughly 13 months left. This company is looking for someone experienced, who is able to take over the project and lead the project team to a successful finish.

This role has plenty of versatility and would be ideal for an intermediate level Project Manager. The team already have a great relationship with the client, ensuring a seamless transition for you.

This builder genuinely looks after their employees and has a fantastic internal culture. Their leadership team are second to none and offer continuous support.

About You

• 5+ years in a Project Manager role
• Qualifications in Construction Management, or similar
• Experience with Cheops and Procore is highly regarded
• Experience working on Education, Government or Aged Care projects
• Proven tenure in your past roles
