About the Venue

This is a fresh, vibrant restaurant concept inspired by flavors from across the world — from the Middle East to Asia to Europe — all united by one thing: charcoal cooking. Expect smoky, bold dishes paired with wholesome salads and dips, served in a relaxed, social, and energetic setting that feels part sports bar, part global kitchen.

The Role

As Head Chef, you’ll oversee a high-performing kitchen that showcases an open charcoal grill, and a dedicated prep area for salads, dips, and entrées. You’ll have the collaborative freedom to design exciting menus, lead theme nights (think Tomahawk Tuesdays, Global Thursdays, Seafood Sundays), and bring your culinary flair to the table.

You’ll also play a pivotal leadership role — developing your team, maintaining high standards across service, and building a kitchen culture that’s inclusive, supportive, and proud of what it creates.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume kitchen

Genuine passion for charcoal cooking (experience in Middle Eastern cuisine highly regarded)

Creativity and confidence to design themed menus and special events

Strong leadership and communication skills

A collaborative spirit and drive to deliver consistency and excellence
