Job Description:

Design and build Pega BPM applications using Pega PRPC and other frameworks

Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Pega solutions

Ensure alignment of solutions with business strategies and objectives

Lead the planning, development, testing, and deployment phases of Pega projects

Make architectural decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and security

Perform code reviews and enforce best practices

Design complex integrations with external systems

Mentor junior developers and system architects

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and stakeholders

Provide consultative guidance and technical support throughout the project lifecycle

Document technical designs, release notes, and system configurations.

Ensure application quality through rigorous testing and debugging.

Maintain system health and troubleshoot production issues

Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Pega applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

Experience: Typically 5+ years in Pega development and architecture

Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Pega PRPC, integration techniques and object-oriented principles

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
