The Role:
We’re seeking an Experienced Resin Flooring Supervisor with 5+ years of hands-on experience to lead and inspire our team of skilled floor layers. You’ll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring precision, safety, and adherence to deadlines while maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team in installing resin flooring systems (roller, trowel, screeds, coving, line-marking, etc.).

Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications.

Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment for seamless project execution.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and management to deliver tailored solutions.

Manage occasional away projects, night work, or weekends as required.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in resin flooring installation and team supervision.

Proficiency in all aspects of resin flooring systems and industry best practices.

Valid Construction White Card, driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and fostering a positive work environment.

Problem-solving mindset and dedication to exceeding client expectations.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with decorative or specialty resin flooring applications.

Certifications in flooring systems or construction management.
