As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Epoxy Flooring Applicator / Concrete Polisher to join our team and contribute to exciting projects across South East Queensland!

About the Role

We’re after a skilled Flooring Specialist who knows their way around Polished Concrete, Epoxy Coatings, Surface Preparation, and Levelling. You’ll be a key player in delivering high-quality projects on time while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship.

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in concrete resurfacing

Strong knowledge of polished concrete, epoxy applications, surface prep, and levelling

Proven ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining the highest standard of quality

Experience working on large commercial construction sites

Ability to diagnose and fix flooring issues

A problem-solver who can think on their feet

Leadership skills to supervise and support the team

Strong communication skills for working with clients and colleagues
