Your Role

As a key member of our on-site team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-standard flooring finishes using your knowledge of surface preparation and application techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare concrete surfaces

Perform mechanical concrete polishing to achieve various finishes and clarity levels

Apply epoxy coatings, flake systems, and sealers with precision and care

Conduct concrete repairs and patching to ensure smooth, consistent outcomes

Operate and maintain polishing, grinding, and coating equipment to high standards

Follow all safety, quality, and procedural protocols

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated experience in polished concrete, epoxy flooring or tradesman skills

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in polished concrete or epoxy flooring

Proficiency with grinders, planetary polishers, and coating tools

High attention to detail and commitment to top-tier surface preparation

Physical capability to work across varied job sites and environments

A current White Card and Fit Test

Valid car licence required

A strong work ethic, reliability, team player, and pride in your trade

Australian work authorisation required
