About the Role
As the HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting leaders and teams through all aspects of the employee lifecycle, driving engagement, performance, and cultural alignment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing strategic and operational HR advice to leaders and teams
• Managing complex ER/IR matters and performance issues
• Supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
• Partnering with leaders to build high-performing, values-aligned teams
• Advising on policy, compliance, and workforce planning
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
• Strong generalist HR experience across ER, IR, and change management
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes
• Experience in fast-paced industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, or hospitality
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
